You aren’t alone, they confuse many people, in fact, I was always confused about them, until now.
The ProBuilderPlus Pay Plan is very simple and very powerful and I’ll do my best to explain it in easy to understand terms here.
You earn Commissions two ways with ProBuilderPlus.
Fast Start bonuses on personally referred paid members and Monthly income
once you qualify.
Fast Start Bonuses
Let’s talk first about the Fast Start bonuses as these can and will be significant.
You are paid Fast start bonus commissions on 3 generations of referrals, no matter where they fall in your organization. You can earn $10, $3 and $2 fast start bonuses as outlined here:
· For each personally sponsored person that you refer (1st generation) who upgrades to member, you will earn $10 a month.
· For each person that your personally referred sponsor (2nd generation), you will earn $3.
· For each person that your 2nd generation sponsor, you will earn $2. These fast start bonuses are paid each week on Wednesday for the week prior. Example, on Wednesday, March 15th you will be paid Fast start bonuses for any referrals that joined the week ending March 8th.
Example:
Fred just joined ProBuilderPlus and Fred sponsored Janice who upgraded to member so now Fred earns a $10 fast start bonus. Janice in turn, sponsored Emily who also upgraded earning Janice a $10 fast start bonus and earning Fred $3.00. Now Emily, who just upgraded, sponsors George who also upgrades. Emily earns a $10 fast start bonus, Janice earns $3 and Fred earns $2.
To summarize, Fred just earned $15.00 fast start bonus for these three members, Janice, Emily and George. Janice is the 1st generation, Emily is 2nd generation and George is your 3rd generation referral.

Now let’s move on to the Monthly commissions.
To be eligible to earn from that powerline building on your strong leg, you need to qualify by sponsoring one paid member on each leg. That’s one paid member in your right leg and one paid member in your left leg. Your powerline may be either your left or right, depending where you landed on your sponsor’s downline.
This is where the Pre-Enrollee Allocator comes in.
The Pre-Enrollee Allocator determines which leg your Pre-Enrollees will land. You only have access to this option if you are a paid member, Pre-Enrollees build only their powerline leg until they upgrade.
The default setting of the Pre-Enrollee Allocator is set to alternate Legs. Once you have one paid member on your Powerline and your powerline is building, you will want to set your Pre-Enrollee Allocator to the opposite leg.
As you market and sponsor other Pre-Enrollees, they will now be placed on your short leg and begin to build as you follow-up personally to encourage them to upgrade and learn to duplicate the process. As your legs grow, you will begin to earn monthly commissions based on the following formula:
For every 3 members on your short leg and 6 members on your long leg (powerline), you will earn $30.00 a month.
Example:
Your powerline is growing quickly and you have 60 paid members listed. Your short leg has started to grow and you now have 21 paid members. Your monthly earnings would be $210.00 based on 21 paid members in your short leg.
21 members divided by 3 = 7 groups of 3 members.
You would need 42 members on your powerline to earn from the 21. You have 60 members (more than 42) and therefore qualify to earn commissions on the 7 groups of 3.
To summarize, you will earn $10, $3 and $2 fast start bonuses on your personal referrals and their referrals to 3 generations. This bonus is paid weekly.
To qualify to earn monthly commissions, you need to sponsor one paid member on each leg. Then, for every 3 paid members on your short leg and 6 paid members on your long leg, you will earn $30 a month. This amount is based on renewals.
Your income is limitless; your potential has no boundaries.
